DziSpark Technology ("we", "us", "our") owns and operates dizispark.com and all associated digital marketing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use our website or services. We strongly recommend reading this document carefully before proceeding.
Definitions
"Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and any service proposal or contract agreed upon between DziSpark and the client.
"Services" refers to all digital marketing services offered by DziSpark including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Content Marketing and Influencer Marketing.
"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to the individual or business entity engaging DziSpark for services.
"We", "Us" and "Our" refers to DziSpark Technology.
"Deliverables" refers to any work product, creative asset, report, campaign or output produced by DziSpark as part of a service engagement.

DziSpark Technology is a full-service digital marketing agency based in India. We help businesses grow their online presence through data-driven strategies, creative content and performance marketing across all major digital platforms. Our team has worked with 150+ businesses across 10+ industries delivering measurable results.
Services
DziSpark provides digital marketing services as outlined in individual service proposals or agreements shared with each client. The scope of services, deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined in the proposal accepted by the client prior to commencement of work.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or update our service offerings at any time
- Decline any project or client engagement at our discretion
- Subcontract specific tasks to trusted partners while maintaining overall responsibility for quality
Payment Terms
All payments are governed by the terms outlined in your individual service proposal. General payment terms are as follows:
- A non-refundable advance payment is required before work begins
- Remaining balance is due as per the schedule outlined in your proposal
- Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI or other agreed methods
DziSpark reserves the right to revise pricing for new service periods with prior written notice.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services all payments made to DziSpark are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes advance payments, setup fees and monthly retainers.
Exceptions may be considered at DziSpark's sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Service was not delivered due to fault on DziSpark's end
- A written agreement specifying refund conditions was signed prior to engagement
We do not offer refunds based on campaign performance as results depend on multiple external factors including platform algorithms, market conditions and client-side variables.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver the best possible results DziSpark requires the client to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Supply required assets, access and approvals in a timely manner
- Grant necessary access to ad accounts, websites and social profiles
- Review and approve content within agreed timelines
- Communicate feedback clearly and promptly
Delays caused by the client may affect campaign timelines. DziSpark will not be held responsible for delays resulting from failure to provide required information or approvals.
Intellectual Property
All creative work, strategies, campaign structures and deliverables produced by DziSpark remain the intellectual property of DziSpark until full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of full payment ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client. DziSpark retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, business data and strategies shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.
DziSpark will not share your business data, campaign performance or client information with any third party without your explicit consent except as required by law.
Modifications to Services
DziSpark reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice to the client. We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
Limitation of Liability
DziSpark provides digital marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results including but not limited to revenue targets, lead volumes, search rankings or follower counts as these depend on factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law DziSpark shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of revenue or business opportunity
- Platform policy changes affecting campaign performance
- Third party service failures
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become immediately due
- DziSpark will deliver all completed work up to the termination date
- Access to accounts and assets will be handed back to the client within 7 business days
- Confidentiality obligations continue after termination
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
