About the Client

Lemonn is a home cleaning brand that sells cleaning products directly to customers online. Their products are good quality, fairly priced, and genuinely work well. But like most cleaning brands, they had one big problem people are used to buying cleaning products from the local store. Convincing someone to buy online is not easy. They came to Dizispark with a simple goal. They wanted real customers to find their products on Facebook and Instagram, visit their website, and place an order. Not just likes. Not just website visits. Actual purchases.

The Problem We Had to Solve

  • Most people do not search for cleaning products online they buy from the nearest shop
  • The ads were not showing the product in action just basic product images
  • The right audience was not being targeted too many people were seeing the ad who would never buy
  • Purchase tracking was not set up correctly so the campaign could not learn who the real buyers were
  • The budget was small every rupee had to count

What We Wanted to Achieve

  • Get real people to buy the product through the website
  • Set up proper purchase tracking so Meta could find the right buyers
  • Create ads that show what the product actually does not just how it looks
  • Build a retargeting campaign for people who visited the site but did not buy
  • Keep the cost per purchase low and within a profitable range for the brand

What We Did

1 Fixed the Tracking First

Before running any ad, we made sure the Meta Pixel was properly installed on the website and that the purchase event was tracking correctly. This step is often skipped, but it is the most important one. Without accurate purchase data, Meta does not know who the real buyers are and cannot find more people like them.

2 Changed How the Ads Looked and Felt

We stopped using simple product photos and switched to problem-solution style ads. The ad would start by showing a common cleaning problem that people deal with every day greasy kitchen surfaces, stained bathrooms, floors that never look fully clean. Then it showed how Lemonn fixes the problem quickly and easily.

3 Targeted the Right People

Instead of showing ads to everyone, we narrowed the audience to people who were already interested in home care, had shown online shopping behavior, and were likely to buy a cleaning product online. A smaller audience with higher intent always performs better than a large audience with no interest.

4 Added a Retargeting Campaign

We set up a separate campaign for people who visited the Lemonn website but did not place an order. These people already knew the brand they just needed a small push. The retargeting ads focused on trust showing product reviews, simple usage instructions, and a clear offer to encourage them to come back and complete their purchase.

5 Let the Campaign Run Without Constant Changes

One mistake many advertisers make is changing the campaign too often. Every time you make a big change, Meta has to start learning again from scratch. We set up the campaign properly, let it run, and only made small adjustments when the data showed something clearly needed to change. This consistency helped the campaign perform better over time.

The Results

Here is what the campaign delivered

16 confirmed purchases came directly from the Meta Ads campaign in just 30 days from November 17 to December 17, 2025. Each purchase cost just Rs 29.22 on average. For a cleaning product in this price range, that is a very strong result. To put it in context, the average cost per purchase for consumer products on Meta Ads in India is usually between Rs 80 and Rs 200. Lemonn’s campaign came in at nearly 3 to 6 times cheaper than that average. And beyond the numbers, these were real customers people who found the brand through an ad, decided to trust it, and placed an order. Many of them are likely to buy again.

  • Retargeting campaign brought back visitors who had not purchased yet

What This Shows

Selling a cleaning product online is not the easiest thing to do. But this campaign showed it is very much possible when the strategy is right. The key was not a big budget or complicated technology. It was simple things done properly the right tracking, the right creative, the right audience, and the patience to let the campaign learn and improve. For Lemonn, this was proof that Meta Ads can work for their brand. And it gives them a strong base to grow from as they scale their marketing budget going forward.
